About Susan Noland-Hunter

As a licensed Realtor in Nebraska and Iowa for over 20 years, Susan has helped hundreds of families move into the area for job transfers. She believes that finding clients their perfect home is just the beginning of the transaction and does everything to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish and even afterward. Susan stays with many of her clients and has even been invited to weddings and graduations.

Susan and her husband have a small acreage on the outskirts of Council Bluffs, and stay busy with three dogs, two horses, three married children, and five grandchildren. They enjoy camping and riding horses at equestrian parks with friends and traveling the countryside on their Polaris ATV during afternoons off.
